Leozak @ TFV II - Saturday, March 29, 2003, 4:44 PM
Leozak's Office(#3168en)
This room isn't particularly big, but it is filled with useful equipment. A bunch of PC's and Machine type gear is located on one side of the room, whilst a small recharge bench and file cabinates fill the other half. A large black desk with a teal rim dominates the center of the room and a black chair with a purple rim is behind it.
Shadowjet transmits 'Commander, if you are not busy, a few moments of your time?'
You transmit 'Oh - Shadowjet. Hmm. Of course. Take your time though, no hurry. Although it's always a pleasure to have your company. *sounds alitle surprised*' to Shadowjet.
You transmit 'I am in my office, aren't you in space then?' to Shadowjet.
You transmit 'Good morning, Darkjet. I need to see you *straight to the point*' to Darkjet.
Darkjet transmits ' Where are you Leozak? (Obviously thinking it's serious)'
You transmit 'In my office again, where I was resting.' to Darkjet.
Darkjet has arrived.
Darkjet strolls in, looking around to take in the surroundings in case anything had changed. Pausing her optics on Leozak. "What is so urgent, Leozak?"
Leozak has parts of his armour laid out like a surgeon would body parts on his desk.
Darkjet blinks the answer to her question right in front of her, jumping "What the.."
Leozak sits behind his desk looking business like and thoughtful, his gauntlets missing, and the edges of one side of his helmet actually *removed*, showing the underside of his more junoir looking helm beneath (without mane bits). A section of his chest armour (torso) also lies there, and Lionbresto lies on the desk as a gun.
Leo Breastplate has arrived.
With a yell from Leozak, Lionbresto transforms into a single barrelled gun.
Leozak smiles at her, rather pleseantly. "Welcome, Darkjet. I suppose you're wondering why I am half dressed."
Darkjet hurries forward to inspect closer, "Leozak.. what happened?"
Leozak chuckles, pointing to her. "YOU happened, didn't you. My armour could only self heal to a point. Now I require medical assistance and...let's just say that right now, neither Hellbat nor Blackantra are about to assist me."
Shadowjet transmits 'No, I am not in space. I was moving to visit my illustious commander. *verbal smirk*'
You transmit 'Well, thank you very much....I think *chuckle* Though I must warn you...your sister is here.' to Shadowjet.
Shadowjet transmits 'And why should that warrent a warning, Leozak?'
Shadowjet has arrived.
The additional armour sections are laid out on the desk in front of him like a surgeon would lay them out.
Darkjet smiles weakly at that, "Umm.. Yes, I see that could be a problem" Considering recent events, looking rather odd about the whole situation, "You want me to repair them, I take it." She's standing in front of Leozak desk
You transmit 'Auraptor...I'll make this quick since I have company right now. Those firey beasts in the ocean. Hellbat can't dive. Sounds like you get your chance to prove yourself after all.' to Auraptor.
Shadowjet pads into Leozaks office just after sending off a radio message. Evidently she was far closer than he had considered. A faint smile has worked its way onto her face, broadening slightly as she catches sight of the usually well armored commander sitting there sans a few small parts. With a brow raising, she remarks, in what passes as a polite tone for her, "Are we playing which part goes where?"
Auraptor transmits ' Err.. Of course, Commander. I'll get right on it.'
Darkjet turns as she hears Shadowjet's soft entrance and voice, becoming back to her stoney expression but with a nod and smile of greeting, "Shadowjet."
Leozak flips at hand towards Shadowjet in answer and smiles. "We could play 'things go on' but you need liquor for that game. And how are you this fine cycle, Shadowjet?"
Shadowjet's smile remains as she in return nods to her sisterjet, "Darkjet." Her optics play over the desktop assortment as she rests a hand on her hip, "Liquor I could arrange." the smile twists just slightly. "Functioning well within normal operating parameters. In other words, rather well for having not killed anyone recently. You?"
Leozak indicates his semi dressed form, again. "Darkjet was just telling me about how good she is at repairing things. So I thought she might like to try her hand at some exceptionally tough armour plating. I know how you Predators appreciate a challenge at anything."
Leozak's face is scarred by deep, tiny thin lines, looking like they were drawn by claws.
Darkjet turns her attention back to Leozak picking up a piece of his helmet and inspecting it, noticing familiar markings she hurridly places it back, hiding that . "Yes, will be quite easy to repair, Leozak." She turns once more to Shadowjet, rather placing herself in the way to the pieces. "So, what's current with you, Shadowjet?"
You transmit 'Thank you. Breastforce is better for having you within it. You can tell me how your talk with Hellbat went before I see him next. Although right now I am occupied.' to Auraptor.
Shadowjet pads to a point where she cancasually lean on a while, keeping Darkjet and LEozak well within her sight. "She does have a remarkable touch when it comes to repairing broken.. things." Her crooked smile remains as she takes a moment to simply /look/ Leozak over, taking her own sweet time about it. "Oh, not much, comtemplating positions to raid for materials for the Skyquake. And as always, checking on my sisterships whereabouts for their wellbeing."
Darkjet smiles at the compliment but frowns slightly at Shadowjet's inspection, straightening. "All is well with this Predator. Perhaps Flarejet needs checking in on." She seems.. tense about something.
Leozak glances at Shadowjet, flashing a brief, white grin. His usually cold and stony features apparently can appear quite handsom and relaxed when the mood does take him, which in itself is rare - very. "Oh, I assure you I'm a big Darkjet fan. Is the Skyquake still needing repairs then? I hope it's flight capable. You never know where the Cybertrons will show up.
Darkjet stiffens at that comment from Leozak, optics widening she looks around for something else to focus on.
Shadowjet cocks her head to one side, amusement dancing across her features. "Excellent Darkjet.. Have you, then, finalized what the Skyquake needs for full systems completion? AS you are doing so.. well." Her optics glimmer a serpintine shade of green. "It is capable of intricate manuverings, Leozak. More than enough to defray any Cybertron attention. Although I grant that its current /position/ makes it very difficult to observe." A pause, "Ah..." She peers at Darkjet for a moment then back to Leozak, "There are times when I too am a Darkjet fan.. And other times where, as you know, she and I do not quite see optic to optic."
Darkjet is forced to turn her attention back to Shadowjet with a awkward smile. This situation far too complication for her at the moment. "Fortunatly that hasn't happened recently.." She adds firstly, but then focus's on her comments. "I have completed my diagnostic. The ship only requires minor repairs to the outer shell. It will not take much resources and this is also why our movement is not restricted. I can complete the repairs easily."
Leozak nods, hearing this, absent mindedly scratching his nasal unit. "Excellent. I trust you either have the supplies you need or are soon to aquire them?
Darkjet thinks absently `Last resort, I could sacrifice a small town and that would draw up ...' It's best the rest of her thoughts remain unsaid ;)
Leozak glances towards his desk, frowning slightly. "For *goodness* sake, mech! All right....transform."
With a yell from Leozak, Lionbresto transforms into a small teal lion.
Shadowjet's optics shift shades, going darker for amoment, "You can still speak and work, can you not Darkjet? If Commander Leozak is awaiting your particular touch with medical, do not be so rude as to make him wait." The smile slips into a scowl briefly.. "The supplies, evidently, are not major.. The possibility of salvaging some spare metals from the space fortress site would make keeping the Skyquake under that much more of a secret.. eh.. pro.. ject." She glances at the lion, optics brightening with a strange little light, a soft smile appearing then quickly dissapearing as she resettles against the wall.
Darkjet optics narrow slightly at Shadowjet, but turns none the less to Leozak's armor pieces, muttering absently. Glancing at Leozak with a rather hard gaze before reaching over and grabbing up a guantlet, spinning it around in her hand to inspect damage.
Leozak chuckles "Darkjet seems very private. Perhaps working in front of you puts her off, who knows..." He looks at Darkjet, with a grin. "I think you'll find in a fight, I blocked claws with those on.
Darkjet was pleased with Leozak's defense of her but at his last comment she glares at him, trying to sound rather indifferent. "I am here to repair, not hear you brag."
Lionbreasto hops off the desk, tail swishing from side to side rather fircely.
Lionbreasto sniffs the air, avoiding Darkjet stiffly but going straight to Shadowjet instead.
Shadowjet gives a shrug, "She hasnt shown such shyness in the past, Leozak." Indifferent.. "She shouldnt show such a thing now. It.. does the PRedators lingering remnants of honor no good." Now she smirks wryly for a brief moment. Then the lanky femme drops into a crouch, apparently distracted by the lion as she offers the creature a treat manifested in her hand. "Hey little one.." a momentary murmur of such softness that may be surprising.
Darkjet ignores the breasto, rather pleased it was smart enough to do that. Apparantly he is still unnerved by her treatment last. Hah, revenge is sweet. Staring at the gauntlet she purposly performs in a way that might bother leozak. Murmering softly to herself, running her hand over and over the gauntlet as she does not need to worry about revealing such things in front of Leozak. Or shadowjet for that matter. Her optics fading to black, perching her hip casually against the desk she's aware of Shadowjets soft voice but says nothing for it now. Concentrating on her task.
Leozak answers Darkjet firmly, whilst watching her with cooly flickering optics, as per usual. "I do not *brag* my dear; it is simply what is wrong with those items you're holding. Do your thing, as I know you like to."
Lionbreasto sniffs the item offered to him, and then takes it with his little tongue from her hand. *munch!*
Lionbreasto then rubs against her legs, marking her against other felines.
Shadowjet glances up at Darkjet, then back to the feline before she chuckles softly, dropping to a seated position to offer her lap.
Darkjet finishes summoning up enough energy. stopping her chanting she simply traces a finger over the marks, manipulating the energy into a form that would heal, not harm. Commanding the metal to push back together on the minor scrapes, a mystical filler as compounds are formed and hardened mimicing what was already there to strengthen over the stretched metal, no longer making it over compensated. Placing it down, she casually picks up the next piece. At least being polite not to let it swarm into the room. Grasping his chest plate she looks it over.
Leozak watches her with ammusement and curiosity, the dark powers fascinating him to me. "My....quite a rare talent you have there, Darkjet. I am certainly pleased to see that you have it under control, and not the other way around, though."
Darkjet scans Leozak.
Darkjet starts working on Leozak's damages.
Systems register repairs in progress.
Lionbreasto puts it's front legs up onto Shadowjet, growing softly once, before hopping into her lap, all four legs landing together in a point before spreading as he lays straight down and still.
You paged Darkjet with 'it's burnt and clawed, dented alittle. It's a section of his torso plating. Leozak basically never undresses his under armour, and now has several pieces of it off with two femmes in the room :)'.
Leozak Repaired.
Shadowjet hnns, "Pointy cat feet." before she starts to pay the feline attention, giving it scritches. The feared Predator captain looks.. rather relaxed with the cat in her lap, murmuring vague things as she seems lost in her own little world.
Leozak watches his lion with Shadowjet, a small smile crossing his face for a brief moment. Then, he turns back to Darkjet and asks a rather straight to the point question. "Does what you're doing work on faces? Because mine's shredded some. But I could probably do without dark power fuelling my already mercurial temper, I think. Your call."
Darkjet has her back mostly to Shadowjet, and her focus on the armor, so unable to see the exchange. It takes a great deal of concentration what she's doing, the chest plate going to require far more attention. Aware of Leozak's words but not very, not acknowledging them beyond hearing them she absorbs the plate in front of her, as if feeling it with the power 'fingers' she mentally projects. While she can't summon true power beyond the little techniques she's learnt and taught herself, she's mastered beautifully using it to repair. Her knowledge of how before and the intricate details of Transformer body only make this easier. Repairing this way is faster, and uses far less resources in the long run. Now wonder the Predators did so well for so long, despite not having much resources at hand. Using near the same technique as before it's not long before Leozak's chest armour is smooth like new. However, cosmetic repairs do take far longer then internal. But, she felt the need to prove how good she really is in front of Leozak. Silently placing the armour down to grad the next. Grabbing up that piece of his helmet, ignoring Leozak for now once more while she works on that. The third time going faster, and easier.
Shadowjet settles her back against the wall, skritching the feline and occasionally offering him small treats. Looking up, she does watch Darkjet work, optics slitting as she gets a strange, almost proud look directed at her sisterjet. Thankfully DJ's back is to Shades...
Leozak attatches his repairs gauntlet, optics on that at first, although they waver onto Darkjet whilst he awaits his answer to the question from before. However... he gets very distracted watching her work so excellently, almost putting the gauntlet on backwards. "How intricate of you, Darkjet. It appears your talents are far from realised."
Darkjet places the portion of his helmet down, his armour now finished aside from the marks on his face. Black optics look to him the light behind them appear radical as if a bolt of electricity passes beneath them lighting them up. No bolts of electricity or energy pass over her form visibly as it has on previous occasions. Her control this time is mastered as she is able. When she speaks, her voice has a hint of a lower tone, again not as bad as it has been in the past. "They will remain so, Leozak." She raises a finger to point at the scarred side of his face, "I could repair them without it affecting you. Will you handle it?"
Leozak attatches his other gauntlet, apparently not seeing it an issue having his torso exposed with these two present. "Darkjet - I can handle it. Really. Try me. I am sure you enjoy testing your ability, as well, since I know how seriously you take your ... work."
Shadowjet gives a small shake of her head, amusement in her optics as she watches these two talk. The feline, however, has most of her attention.
Lionbreasto merows happily in Shadowjet's lap, hissing briefly at a tiny bug that somehow found it's way in here. However, he is well trained and remains in the lap, pleasing and pacifying his would-be mistress.
Darkjet optics flash, the energy behind them coming too close to the surface once more before she regains control. Testing her, however, would not be good right now. Smiling she reaches over to brush a finger along the scrapes on his face. Optics narrow in concentration, wanting to make this as smooth and impressive as possible. As her finger traces along one line, it is as if erasing it. A piece of dirty rubbed off by her finger. She does it for all 4 lines before leaning back, her optics going back to normal as that exhausted the small amount she raised. Just perfect for the task. Slighty sitting on the desk as before, she smiles happily looking expectantly at Leozak.
Leozak had tipped his head back little to allow her easier access to his face at a horizontal angle. Wincing very slightly as the strange sensations flow through his face metal, he does seem unharmed though and smiles, testing the repairs. They seem, well - perfect. "Incredible! There is no hinderence at all, now. I feel all new and squeaky clean..." glancing at Darkjet sitting on the edge of his desk, staring from her aft to her helm. "Well done."
Shadowjet absently starts playing fingermice with the lion, attention split between the repairs and the cat almost evenly now.
Darkjet quirks an optics at the praise, with a small smirk. "I hope I made myself clear, this cannot leave the room Leozak. I hope your realise this is a large step of us opening up more to you, to re-establish trust." With that she absently turns to look towards Shadowjet, optics widening in surprise to see her hardened Commander playing so openly with Leo's lion. Blinking several times to wonder if she is seeing what she's seeing.
Leozak ahems to Darkie, pleased to show her that he has his ways of pleasing Shadowjet as well, at least the lion seems to adore her. "Of course. I am a business mech; I know the way things work. What you have done to me stays private, and only Shadowjet will know." Another double barrled meaning, there. He chuckles, seeing her reaction to the lion. "Lionbreasto seems rather taken with your Captain. I do not keep good things back from my troops, when there is no need."
Lionbreasto purrs and plays the game, using a soft paw to try to catch the 'mice' she creates. He is quick.
Shadowjet blinks, peering up as she notes the looks given in her direction. "What? Never seen anyone play with a feline before?" she asks with wry amusement, giving lionbresto a scratch with one hand as her other gets 'caught'. "Such a wonderous wee creature." she murmurs quietly.
Darkjet just shakes her head in disbelief, looking back to Leozak. "Good. I hope my captain does not get too attached." While speaking it to Leozak, intending Shadowjet to overhear. Hrm.. wonder why in complete meaning for that. Opticing Leozak suspiciously.
Leozak finds this now *wholly* ammusing, and really has to surpress a truely wicked smirk. "Why *Darkjet*! Surely you don't think that Shadowjet would abandon you or take attention from you, for my pet? Don't be silly; he is an extra, that's all. You know me, I'm a single and apparently horrible, evil, unforgivable Destron." With that line of comments about himself given from varying sources in the past, he chuckles.
Shadowjet slowly arches a brow upwards, peering at Darkjet first, thoughtfully, then over at Leozak.. Then she peers at the feline before she answers, expression shadowed by her bowing her head so the wicked smirk isnt readily apparent, "I don't know.. I'm growing rather fond of having this feline in my lap. He's very sweet, useful and doesnt talk back. What more could a commander want?" A pause as she chuckles softly, still playing fingermouse with the lion, "You left out overbearing, obnoxious, menacing and chauvanistic, Leozak."
Lionbreasto has no idea he's being discussed, too busy knawing on Shadowjet's fingers gently.
Darkjet glares at Leozak in his amusement, tipping her chin up "That was not what I was referring to. Getting attached to anything related to -you- would not be wise for my Captain." Saying smoothly, "Single still Leozak? How ever could that be. Still no intrest out there for you?"
Darkjet smirks wryly at Shadowjet's comments, thinking they are quite true, actually.
Leozak sniggers, actually sounding quite juvenile for a moment. "Oh, how true they are, Shadowjet. I do hope you enjoy my delightfully dark personality. Very few are allowed to be so social as this, with me. I don't trust anyone, especially right now. Now Darkjet...there is actually a couple of places I might have my optics fixed upon. But I don't supposed you like mech gossip, so maybe we won't mention it another moment." He teases her.
Lionbreasto merows loudly, hearing this, now. Pawing at Shadowjet as though to tell her, 'I like your lap. Evil femme must leave, I will stay where I want to and right now I want your lap'
Shadowjet ehhs softly, scritching the feline in a comforting way. "I don't know, Leozak. Mayhaps all the bluster is simply your way of seeking a compatable person that won't be run over my your innumerable charms.. There is something to be said for a mech.." she looks up, /looking/ him over again with a leer, "with your *impressive* physique and the ability to string more than three words together in a sentence."
Darkjet glares but turns in alarm at Shadowjet's words and catching the glance. Stiffening she hops off the desk wondering why she's acting this way over Leozak. Snapping, "Cut it out Shadowjet." Crossing her arms over her chest and glaring at her Captain.
Shadowjet blinks at Darkjet, "What crawled up your afterburner?"
Darkjet blinks herself, realising just what she's done on instinct. Inwardly wincing how this is going to affect Leozak she moves her hands to plant dramatically on her hips, "It is hardly appropriate to say such things to Leozak. What are you trying to do? Inflate him?" Ahh, an attempt at a save.
Leozak stares at Shadowjet while she actually compliments him. The comment about his physical apparence seems to effect something else, and he twitches very slightly, a crooked grin appearing on his face as though on autopilot. "Well, I don't know Shadowjet. I suppose you could say I'm an aqquired taste. A bit too....spicy for some, perhaps. Although not *all*." he then looks at Darkjet. "What's wrong with being inflated?"
Shadowjet's optics glitter as she watches her sistership flare up like an irritated waterfoul. "It is appropriate. Mechs say it to femmes all the time. I'm a free thinker, so I'm going to say exactly what I think." Her optics flicker, "He does cut a dashing figure if you like the over the top, flamboyantly male dominate egotistical variety." Its as if she's baiting Darkjet suvconciosuly, or just being a bitch. Peering at Leozak, she grins crookedly, "Hmmm.. aquired taste, eh?"
You paged Shadowjet with 'ooooh behave ;>'.
Darkjet stiffens, hands falling from her hips to twitch in annoyance at her sides as Shadowjet does bait her, optics narrowing now she takes a step towards Shadowjet without realising. "Don't even tease about it, Shadowjet." Ignoring Leozak's comment for now. It's rather obvious reasons to not be inflated.
Shadowjet blinks her optics, widening them in semi-innocence as Darkjet advances, "Why not?" she asks smoothly, "Arn't I allowed to peruse and observe the local mech population? Or do I get to continue to be the ICe Queen and remain loftily aloof for the simple sake of being my sisterships honors avenger?" Spoken softly, "You do realize that that gets old after several hundred Vorn, Darkjet. He's a mech, You're my wingsib. No contest. But.." A pause as she pets the feline, "He is a nice piece of optic-candy."
Leozak fixes all of his armour very straight, watching Shadowjet after her last comment. Apparently she was right in her most recent analysis of his type. "Now you're just asking for something I'm not entirely sure you'd thank me for tomorrow, 'Captain'. Optical candy is where I *start*. Where I finish is altogether sweet in other ways."
Lionbreasto purrs, sensing female violence and liking it, clawing Shade's lap gently with the tips of his claws, still settled with her.
[ooc - Flarejet has arrived.]
Darkjet sholders flinch upwards as if hearing getting tapped on the back and caught in surprise. A growl emits softly as her mood obviously gives way to anger. Taking another step forward and pointing a accusing finger at Shadowjet. "Pursue elsewhere Shadowjet. As a Captain, it is your duty to remain indifferent and not fraternize with the enemy." Actually now bothering to turn and glare at Leozak at his comments, "One who apparantly, allows his egotistical trait to override his common senses."
Leozak sets his feet up on his desk, blinking rather innocently at Darkjet, now. "Me, a Predator *enemy*? My...should I be flattered right now or running for my very life? Or both perhaps....don't be silly, Darkjet. I am not your enemy and I am sure Shadowjet has no time to persue a demanding mech such as myself. There are very few femmes who can tolerate my whole persona .... though I have met the odd one."
Shadowjet hnns as she gets gently clawed, not intending on stopping with the feline adorment. But Darkjet has just oh so casually stepped over a hidden line. "Darkjet." She peers at the fline, "Do excuse me, cutie." sliding Lionbresto out of her lap,she stands with one fluid motion, stepping towards Darkjet with a full flareup of utter menance, "One: Point that finger elsewhere. Two: You have no standing on which to *presume* to give me orders. Three: Since when were the Destrons our Enemies, eh?" she takes another step closer, voice as soft as a spring wind, a point that heralds trouble. "They are our allies and compatroiots or have you oh so easily forgotten that past lesson?" A pause as she replies to Leozak, same tone, "Best you restrain your ego, Leozak. I'm far more femme than even your vast knowledge could hope to contain. You're amusing, possibly handsome but that is.. unfortunatly all." She frowns, her voice wavering slightly as she obviously speaks an untruth.
After leaping straight in earlier with his response, Leozak simply listens to the predator captain, his optics flickering as the data is digested. Still though, a slightly sly grin remains on his face. "I am very restrained right now, Shadowjet. I assure you of that."
Darkjet attention is forced back to Shadowjet at her call, optics narrowing definatly however she does point that finger elsewhere, it falling back to her side. She does not back down immediatly, "I am not implying they are our enemies in the literal sense. Nor did I forget the lesson -you- caused me to experience." A bite back for sure, possibly still a little sore from her comments.
Shadowjet's optics narrow to thin slits as she takes another step forward, now well withen DJ's personal space. "Lets you and I get something *sparkling* clear, shall we?" Conversational tone, but she has murder in her optics, "You made that choice on your own. I got us into trouble I planned on taking the full brunt of my erroneous thinking. If you have some issue remaining, get. over. it." She points her finger, poking Darkjet with each word.
Leozak watches the two, optics widening, sensing the personal space invasion there. All ninja know, you don't allow anyone in that space during agressive moments. You just don't, it's like an invisible ring you keep clear of. "If you're referring to the Cyclonus thing or something similar, it's history now. Really. I hope no one still harbours any ill will from that; I am quite at ease now in hindsight."
Lionbreasto gets put down and stalks around Shadowjet's legs behind her, not really liking Darkjet much at all, especially now she hisses at his feeder and friend. However, messages from Leozak cause the poor creature conflict and he growls alittle, with a whine. Continuing to stalk behind the Pred commander.
Darkjet hisses softly, stepping back at the final poke to get her space once more, backing off physically that speaks volumes even if she verbally bites. "I did not have a choice." brushing the spot Shadowjet poked with her own hand some of her temper leaving as the subject takes a different topic. "Nor do I have issue remaining despite having to report to that pitiful Hydra!" Snarling at that, perhaps forgetting Leozak is in the room to even dare say something to that degree. Stepping back once more, her temper disapearing as she's able to find a target for it. "I had hoped it would be over now. He requires far more work from us."
Shadowjet shakes her head, not backing off, just standing her ground as her hands drop to her sides. "You will simply get used to actually doing work for other purposes than your own, Darkjet." is her final comment, mood evidently soured now, "Do excuse me, now that you've managed yet again to ruin a rare moment of simple quiet for me, as always Darkjet, I think I will take my leave of you. Good Cycle."
Leozak watches the sisters settle their differences, curious as to how femmes work when they 'discuss things'. "Shadowjet...if you do wish to leave then by all means feel totally free to do so; you are my guest. If you want my pet to escort you, that is your choice. He seems concerned for your temperment."
Lionbreasto nuzzles Shadowjet's leg once, though afraid to get too close while she is in a sour mood.
Darkjet glares back at that comment, taking insult and stiffening. "That is not what bothers me, Shadowjet." When in reality it is. "Perhaps you should seek your peace where I do not dwell." Her feel guilty? Never!
Shadowjet turns on a heel, "While flattered, I think it would be best if any interaction I have with you or your pet is strictly professional.. as Darkjet seems to dislike seeing me act as anything *other* than a true space-bitch." She looks over her shoulder and sneers at her sisterjet, "Far be it to me to *forget* my true place in this little establishment!"
Shadowjet pauses, peers at Darkjet, blinks, then truly storms out, muttering, "It all becomes clear in time.."
Leozak raises his optical servos alittle, seeming slightly bothered although alittle. "Very well, and of course you're professional. I have *always* thought of you that way. But your place here isn't a space bitch to us Destrons. Give it time."
Lionbreasto lets Shadowjet go, although trotting to follow her right to the door, stopping at the magical line there with another whine, sad to see her go when she was paying him so much attention.
Darkjet certainly doesn't object and seems oblivious how badly she may have set herself up, crossing her arms over her chest. "You should merely seek less essential figures attention. I'm not denying you shouldn't seek attention.." Grumbling and not understanding yet all this talk of 'time.'
Shadowjet hrmphs.
Shadowjet has left.
Darkjet receives a radio transmission.
Darkjet sends a radio transmission.
You transmit 'I apologise for your sister's stupidity. It won't happen again. She's no the only one with claws.' to Grey F-117.
Darkjet receives a radio transmission.
Darkjet arms drop to her sides, shock resident on her face.
Darkjet turns and leaves the offices immidiatly, without a word to Leozak
Darkjet has left.
You transmit ' What's happened now? Who would have thought Shadowjet showed an interest in me? I can't believe how *brave* you were just now to face her!' to Darkjet.
Darkjet transmits ' Shut up. She has locked me out of the Skyquake and removed my status of Predator thanks to you! I hate you Leozak! What have you -done- to me?!'
You transmit 'I did /nothing/. She will calm down. You did imply this was your room, didn't you? I said nothing of the sort. I think you did that all on your own. But I can set it right for you...that's /if/ you'll let me. Shadowjet seems to have a slight weakness for me.' to Purple YF-23.
You transmit 'Come /back/, Darkjet. I promised to take care fo you and I will. I even outrank your sister; why you worry about her reaction I don't know. You showed no fear just now.' to Purple YF-23.
Purple YF-23 transmits ' I did not imply that! ..Did I? Of course you better clear this! You messing with me caused this!'
Darkjet transmits ' She.. she locked me out of my ship! She thinks I am just your femme, and no longer a Predator.'
You transmit 'I will clear this up once she cools off, Darkjet. Relax.' to Darkjet.
Shadowjet transmits 'You deal with her. She's no longer a predator.'
You transmit 'She's upset you, hasn't she. Apparently she sees me as her personal experiment for some reason, because I showed her trust. I will talk to you about her later on once you've had time to calm down. She obviously hurt your feelings and if I learnt one thing from commanding, it's that commanders have feelings /too/.' to Shadowjet.
Shadowjet transmits '*very... formal* No need to speak to me in reguards to what you do with one of *your* troops, Commander. Tis not my place nor my business. If my services are needed for a mission, contact me. Until then, I will be.. secured where my mere presance will no longer disturb nor cause dissention among the ranks of Destrons.'
[ooc - Flarejet has left.]
You transmit 'You don't discent me in the slightest. Do you want to be the ice queen Darkjet wants you to be? Or be allowed to enjoy yourself too?' to Shadowjet.
Shadowjet transmits 'I am not a commander anymore, Leozak. I am simply one of the remaining members of a former association. There are worse things to be other than an Ice Queen. That is what I appear to be, that is what I am.'
You transmit 'Well, I just watched you shatter one of the most frightening femmes I know. She flad at high speed to pacify you. Commanding is 90 per cent mental, Shadowjet, you know this. Your demotion changes nothing in the optics of your sisterjets. They still fear and respect you. Darkjet was defending her territory; which is what she seems to consider me. But I *am* a Commander, and thus I am nobody's property. I would not have said what I said to you if you were an ice queen and nothing more whatsoever. Also, Lionbreasto doesn't take to ice queens either, yet he seems to like you.' to Shadowjet.
Shadowjet transmits 'As you wish, sir.'
You transmit '*sighs* I must stress....this hasn't really happened to me before. I find myself ... unaccustomed to so much vying. Please don't let this take you out of the equasion; you're a very powerful figure in this force.' to Shadowjet.
Shadowjet transmits 'There is no *vying*. She has made her bearth, she can lie in it. If you ahve need of my abilities, I am a Destron and therefore under oath and order to obey.'
Shadowjet transmits 'And I am no poacher.'
You transmit 'Wait a moment. You....oh. Now I see. You think she recharges with me; here? You think she's mine? She isn't, although she wants to be, apparently. But she has no home here other than as a soldier, though I won't put her out into the cold. Is that what this is about?' to Shadowjet.
Shadowjet transmits 'That is a negligable aspect of any equation, Commander. And has no bearing on what this is all *about*. I grow tired of her petty attepts to manipulate and corner me, her constant one uppance on the martyr scale as well as her distinct inability to do anything towards a common goal unless she, herself has something to gain.'
Shadowjet transmits 'In other terms, I'm rather tired of her bringing up our dual punishments and her oh so self sacrificing take on her own end. As if my visitation was anything *but* a walk in the stars but you hear no lamentations from me. It is past, I am alive and a far cannier femme than I was prior to the.. experiment.'
You transmit 'That sounds like a moderate to serious allegation against her....since efficiency and loyalty are paramount in this force and either being depreciated I *won't* tolerate, especially after recent events on my own *life*.' to Shadowjet.
Shadowjet transmits 'No.longer.my.problem. She is yours to deal with.'
You transmit 'When you blow a gasket; you sure blow it off the scale.' to Shadowjet.
Shadowjet transmits 'And whatever does that mean, Commander?'
You transmit 'It means, it *is* your problem because I doubt Giga wants to hear another Predator related issue. He may just decide he's had enough, and frankly I don't fancy telling him Darkjet has no rank or place anymore. Perhaps I just won't accept Darkjet not being listed as a Predator, since that's apparently my privaledge. But I would much rather not go over your head and settle things amicably.' to Shadowjet.
Shadowjet transmits 'Not a commander. Not my problem. You can list her however damned way you wish to, Leozak. But to me she is no longer worth the mental anguish of being concerned about.'
You transmit 'You're anguished mentally? Are you throwing a hissy sulk on your ship? Darkjet claimed you've locked her out of it.' to Shadowjet.
Shadowjet transmits 'My ship. I can let whoever I damned well onto it that I please.'
You transmit 'I wil ask you *again*. ARE you throwing a hissy sulk on the Skyquake?' to Shadowjet.
Shadowjet transmits '... ... I am on my ship, yes.'
You transmit 'You can admit being hurt to me. My underlings do it to me all the time. I don't want you doing anything stupid like this locking out business. What of Flarejet, is she to be shut outside too?' to Shadowjet.
Shadowjet transmits 'If she wants to be on the ship, she can come in.'
Shadowjet transmits 'And I resent this action being declared stupid.'
You transmit 'All right *sighs* If you need time to calm down, I will keep Darkjet for you and make sure she is functional and cared for. When you come down off this temper you're in, I know you will care about those things anew. You're not as icy as you pretend to be; I don't believe that.' to Shadowjet.
Shadowjet transmits 'Believe what you wish. *pause* I'm far more icy than you would think, Leozak. If you care to argue the point, come up here and I'll prove it.'
You transmit 'If I did, and you touched me, I might as well have brought my cannon and put it straight to your head. There is no way I will allow you to end your life so recklessly. Overlord is at the very end of his tether right now with infighters, and if you struck me in anger, you would surely be terminated even *if* I tried to stop it happening. Please try to be rational.' to Shadowjet.
Shadowjet transmits 'Who said anything about weapons?'
You transmit 'I won't let you damage yourself over Darkjet, like this.' to Shadowjet.
Shadowjet transmits 'NO anger, only a proving of exactly how much of the aforementioned Ice Queen I truly am. No harm intended.'
You transmit 'I can't believe you will allow Darkjet that much power over you' to Shadowjet.
Shadowjet transmits 'Is it power over me or giving me more power? Sometimes you ahve to see both sides of an equation. And It akeit that you are too fearful to take me up on this.. challenge.'
You transmit '*soft growl*Do not try my patience, Shadowjet. Darkjet increased her punishments to save you from much. After being punished once, she gave herself in to Giga for the final, listed punishment just to try and save you, since she felt you sacrificed yourself to save your team, when you fireballed to earth. She was jealous of you today, that's all. Can't you see that? *feh* She desires you more than I!! Can't you tell? Hasn't she told you??' to Shadowjet.
Shadowjet transmits 'I did not ask her to do such. And.. I did thank her for her efforts to attempt to leaven my displine. But she has no idea.. None.. And neither do you.. The challenge still stands.. Consider this me trying your patience out for a test drive, my dear Leozak.'
You transmit 'You challenge me to *what* exactly? Are you trying to take advantage of my *honour*?!' to Shadowjet.
Shadowjet transmits 'Certainly,'
You transmit 'This is making me irritable! What do you want, darn it?' to Shadowjet.
Shadowjet transmits 'That brief moment of tranquility that was almost withen my grasp before Darkjet destroyed it. Is that too much to occasionally look forward too?'
You transmit 'Is...that *all*? I told you that you could have remained here, or taken my pet with you, if you'd wished it. I didn't want any one to freak out, did I? I made you a totally decent offer, but you left it. Now what; you want *me*?? What for? What could I possibly do to grant you tranquility?' to Shadowjet.
Lionbreasto has left.
Leozak stands an impresive hieght, as is mostly teal and grey, with piercign red optics, and an odd looking lion shaped helmet, also in teal. He has teal lower arms, wings majesticly pointing out from his back, nose cose and upper legs and toes. The rest of him is a dull grey, except his face which is pale grey. He looks tall and proud, a Leader by all accounts.
Main Hallway
A wide, metal walled hallway running allong the upper deck of the ship. Lit at intervals, it is large enough for even the taller Destrons and mid way allong widens around the gravity lift. The corridoor is a central access point for many other sections of the ship, doorways, arches and other corridoors leading off it at intervals.

Megatropolis
Although the city's infulstructure of roads, railways and powergrids has been left intact, most of the housing and shops have been completely demolished, the materials salvaged and used to begin rebuilding the skyscrapers and factories for use by it's new owners. The whole place looks more like a building site, with half completed metal towers and stockpiles of building materials waiting to be used. The nuclear powerstation apears to be the focal point of activity and steam rises from it's cooling towers, indicating it is running at full capacity. Strangly the recreational district has been left intact, the neon signs of this seedy district are nolonger lit but the bars and clubs themselves remain standing as tho someone had other plans for them.

You make your way out of Megatropolis...
Shadowjet transmits 'You would have been very displeased should I have taken you up on the offer to take your pet as I am no longer planetside. I remember our past conversation on that point and do not care to rouse your ire on that point. As for wanting you....'
You transmit 'If you're going to be *rude*, I suggest you save it. I am fully aware of all my personal attributes, you know, the strong and weak ones both. You listed them before, and I know them well. You're a damn liar if you stand there and pretend not to be the slightest bit effected.' to Shadowjet.
Shadowjet transmits 'I am not being rude. I am simply censoring myself lest my irritable mood get the better of me once more. Come visit me...'
You transmit 'Be careful what you ask for...' to Shadowjet.
Shadowjet transmits 'Is asking for a visit a danger?'
You transmit 'That depends on what you have to tell me.' to Shadowjet.
Shadowjet transmits 'Simple company is all that is requested.. now. I believe the mood is passing.'
You transmit 'I see. Well perhaps tempers are catching, then. Mine is murcurial at best.' to Shadowjet.
Shadowjet transmits '*chuckle*'
Lagrange Point 5
There are 5 points in orbit known as Lagrange or 'L' points. Here, the gravitational forces of the Earth and Moon cancel each other out and an object may remain in an undisturbed, stable orbit. L5 is an atractive point, any objects orbiting nearby will be efected by a slight gravitational pull and drawn toward it. This has made the area around these points a sargasso sea of rocks, wreckage, dead satelites and other assorted space junk.

You transmit 'You mistake me for a normal mech. I am animalistic, angry, and Destron. And now you're going to let me in and tell me something that calms me down, since I've flown half a damn solar click to find you up here. I am *waiting*.' to Shadowjet.
With skill and grace, the teal and grey modified F-14 Figther Jet drops from the skies and folds out smartly into Destron Brestforce Commander Leozak!

You make your way out of Wreckage Of Destron Space Fortress...
Predator Cruiser - Skyquake
A large black ship, shaped like a jaged arrowhead. Wide delta wings flank as flattened fuselage, streamlined and deadly. It is clearly a ship of war, weapons ports and bomb bays featuring promenently in it's design. Distinct features are hard to make out however because the entire vesel is stealth cloaked, the angled black hull absorbing light and radar alike.
The ship is badly damaged and apears to be adrift.
The Hull, tho damaged, apears intact however the main drive section seems to have been destroyed by a powerfull attack from behind. All hatches are sealed and without power to the ship, will not be easy to open. If there are any survivors aboard they will be trapped but with the bridge ha's blast shields down it is imposable to see inside.
You head for Command Bridge.
Command Bridge
Lit in a flickering seemingly only coming from the consoles and monitors, this area is simple and ready to be used as it was intended.. To pilot the vessel.

Shadowjet waits in the command area of the ship, standing with her back to the doorway, watching the debris spin from the fortress on the viewscreen. She hears the door open and speaks softly, still with her back to the door, "Would you like some refreshment? I do need to practive my hostess skills somewhat." Her voice is carefully modulated to a neutral tone.
The doorway hisses open on command from the other side. Leozak storms in rather unceremoniously, pausing in the centre of the not very large deck, checking his desire to /grab/. "I can't figure you out all together. What games are these? And I...I would *what*?" He can't believe she's offering him a drink, just like that. Looking alittle moody and confused, he drops his lion again to lighten his load, flexing his fists in and out as though that helps him calm his own, notorious temper.
Lionbreasto has arrived.
Shadowjet turns around, peering at Leozak, manageing a neutral smile in return. Padding over to one of the walls, she pops a compartment open and pulls out a small, dusty flask along with two glasses. "My dear, if I were playing games I wouldn't have invited you up here so soon after my tantrum." she shrugs, "Now, would you like a refreshment or am I to enjoy one of my last vintages from home alone?"
Leozak is stunned, into total silence for a moment. Slowly, he shakes his head with a weary expression, kicking one of the chairs present around until it faces into the room at an angle instead of outside the ship's windows, and drops into it, mentally tired of this jousting it seems. "So you admit it was a tantrum, and very foolish in that case, yes?" Glancing at the flask with obvious thoughts of joining her, he eventually manages to mutter, "Well....all right, then. Never let it be said that I don't do my little bit for relations and all that drokking muck."
Lionbreasto remains in the middle of the room, glancing to Leozak, then to Shadowjet, then back again. He merows, and begins to stalk the room.
Shadowjet's optics glitter for a moment as she turns to pour the drinks. A slight shrug accompanies her words, "A tantrum yes, foolish, No. It served its purpose.. Although in afterthought, I could have said far more cutting things had I wished to truly disturb my sisterjet." She turns, watching Leozak kick her chair about. "Drink?" she offers as she peers at the mech. "If its such a hardship, I can drink alone. Wouldnt be the first time." She moves to set the second glass back into the wall opening.
Leozak waves a hand dismissivly, shaking his head "No no; don't be silly. I am here now, aren't I? I've humoured you, now you humour me. I said I would join you and I will. Besides; you shouldn't drink by yourself, it's self defeating. I gave that up in my younger mech years."
Shadowjet snorts as she reclaims the second glass and hands it to Leozak. "Only if done to extreme, Leozak. A simple glass every once in a while is not an issue." She drops into a seat, noticably not the command seat as she isnt in the mood to act holier than thou.. "I must admit some lingering discomfort in my mood. If I am not in top.. eh.. form, you do understand."
Leozak accepts the glass, and tips his head to look at her again as she moves to sit down. "YOUR mood? I feel quite irratable right now. The unprintable things that run through my mind you are quite better off not knowing. Since this was mostly her fault, I shall explain each one and go through it in accurate detail later on, with Darkjet.
Shadowjet lifts a brow, looking thoughtful as well as a touch curious, "Oh.. Unprintable.. Does that mean they are unspeakable as well?" she asks with mock innocence before waving a hand, "If there is anything I can do to aid in lightening your mood Leozak, ask."
[Editors note: How the HELL did I manage to miss that feckin', great big HINT?! *bangs head on desk* Fool! Muppet! Class A drone! Gaaaaaaah!]
Leozak puts his head back a moment, optics changing to very feral looking slits of pure crimson. A decidedly dark chuckle this time emits from him, before he begins to fade from his private world back to reality again. "There are things you could do I suppose...but I suggest drinking as a safer option. With less, long term consequences, also."
Lionbreasto growls as it explores the underside of the computer panels, tail thrashing about as it's head goes underneath to see if there is any prey waiting.
Shadowjet shifts in her seat as she sip sher drink, hanging a leg over the armrest, to all apperances casually comfortable. Her optics glimmer briefly as some errant thought amuses her and is subsequently dismissed. "Who said anything about long term anythings, my dear Leozak.. " Slitting her optics as they darken to an emerald shade of green, she adds, "Do share your thoughts. I'll admit, I am curious."
Leozak replies, after taking in some of the drink she offered him. It certainly tastes good, and as he is one who does appreciate the finer things in life, this goes down well. "Let me tell you what I mean by that, my dark friend. Actions have consequences and certain actions leave very long term ones, even if they are never seen or heard of again. Don't you agree? My thoughts are many things, but lightening my mood typically involves violence, agression, animal instinct and infrequently...interfacing. Usually the messy, crazed, bararic sort, depending very much on how far one can go. On the other hand, that doesn't *have* to always happen...I have been known to actually enjoy someone's company without feeling the need to leave a river of one substance or another running down the corridor afterwards."
Lionbreasto growls from his hiding place, as though warning Leozak not to harm his feeding friend.
Shadowjet leans back, listening to Leozak talk, not commenting or making any sound until he seems to be finished. Displaying patience, or perhaps actual interest in his mood, she lets the quiet linger for a moment before she speaks, "Are you a Dom or a sub?" Deadpan.
Leozak tilts his head to look at her, then drinks from his glass again, allowing himself a further chuckle. "You know; I ought to be offended, Shadowjet. Isn't it quite obvious? You know me by now. I am extremily dominant, although very occasionally I have allowed certain others to have their run of the mill with me to test them. I'll leave you to figure out exactly where Darkjet slots into that mental diagram."
Shadowjet smiles wryly as she sip sher drink, "You could choose to be offended, you also could choose to be amused. Either way." She shrugs as she peers off briefly, "I am rather certain where my sisterjet fits into your diagram." The amusement fades briefly before it returns with a decidedly darker cast to it. "A certain pack pecking order insures that fact." a soft chuckle escapes her as she turns to study Leozak again, that frank expression on her face.
Leozak seems to decide something. "All right then; well I'm not offended because I am still in my seat. Think I'm mellowing out, now, which is good. I am sure you don't want me climbing the walls in here, just as I didn't want you doing likewise aboard *my* ship. Now it's /your/ turn to play. Dom or sub or, dare I suggest it...a switch who is dominant because there are no worthy mechs around?" His optics flicker brightly on that third option, as though there is definately an implication there.
Shadowjet ahhs softly, kicking the leg thats slung over the armrest.. "Mellowing out is good. I appreciate the nonviolent display in my ship.." Amused smile. "What about none of the above?" she returns with a crooked grin, "Unlike my sisterships, I havent had the true free time to explore the vaguarities of such things. I tend to take what I need when I need and and then be done with the entire event."
Leozak nods, tipping the glass towards her. "And that would be why they call you such horrid things as the ice queen, I take it. Because that's ice queen-esque behaviour I can tell you. But you don't seem that way now.
Shadowjet ahhs as she sips her beverage, "I've had much more entertaining items with which to handle other than the pursiut of a moments entertainment for pure release alone. And with the added Cybertron allotment, well.. I'm kept mentally busy enough devising new and intricate ways to rid them of that pessky thing they call life to have a moment to myself in that manner." She shrugs, "Work."
Leozak mutters something into his headset radio.
Shadowjet cant help but to snicker, "Speaking of..."
Leozak responds, in a fairly even tone, watching his lion sniffing unsuccessfully for prey again. "With me, it lasts a great deal longer than a mere....moment, Shadowjet. You will never hear this from me again and it's not bragging, simple facts. It's what I enjoy doing sometimes. Perhaps you might feel less angry with Darkjet when you realise that I found a weakness of hers and am now able to subdue her at any given time. It is she who should be sorry and quiet and solemn, not you or Flarejet. She's, to coin an earthen phrase, up sh*t creek without a paddle.
Lionbreasto can't find any turbo rats, and seems rather disappointed in this event, wandering over to his master and sitting down.
Shadowjet lifts a brow at that, filing it away under things she needed to know. "Indeed." is her reply as she stands, padding over to pour herself a second glass. "We all must have our chance amusements." she adds softly before turning to peer at Leozak, optics narrowed to thin, emerald slits. She cocks her head to one side, considering something before she shakes her head and pads towards her seat once more. "..."
Leozak says possibly the worst thing he could have said just then. "Who needs chance encounters or ammusement? Planned....set up....they're better. Far more satisfying, don't you think so?"
Shadowjet is looking at her seat so Leozak misses the flash of a predatory smile crossing her face. She smooths it out, turning back around to peer at him with a thoughtful air. "Oh.. Indeed.. Much more satisfying. But such things, for me are rare.. " She pads over under the guise of checking his glass, "Do you require any more?"
Leozak looks at the glass, with a tiny bit left. "More of *what*, is the question, I think."
Keeping both optics very definately on Shadowjet, he tips the rest straight down his throat, then looks at the glass. "Well darn it, I seem to have run out. More is good." With it still in his hand, he places his hand on the arm rest of the seat, and the other exactly the same on the other side.
Lionbreasto merows from beside his master, tail stiffening at a sudden mental message sent to him. Putting his head down low, remaining very still.
Shadowjet smiles softly, an odd sort of expression as she reaches for the glass, "More to drink.." she replies in a low tone that doesnt quite match the shading of her optics. "Anything else would be.... one of those chance encounters.." She pauses, then turns to go refil his glass as well.
Leozak waits just until she has turned around to go over to the hidey-hole in the wall again, before stretching out his leg fairly casually, just enough so that the inner side of his steel, grey 'boot' section of his left leg grazes your lower leg, whichever happens to be the furthest back, and nearest him. Just enough to make a deliberate, tangable contact that lasts not very long, incase it upsets you again. "I did not come here my chance. My jet engines did not randomly blast on and carry me to your ship. Being here is my choice, and I choose what I do, also. You *could* go over there and refill that glass, or ... you could turn right around and experiment with something alittle stronger than liquor." To say his tone is now very low, very feral and very 'laying it on the line' would be an understatement.
Shadowjet remains paused, midstep as it were as her head tilts, listening to you speak. Then, rather calmly, she turns around ever so slowly, her glass still in hand, a thoughtful, and yet terribly curious look on her face. She speaks quietly in return, not moving closer but not stepping back, "I didn't invite you here by simple chance either, my dear Leozak." Her glass is set down deliberatly as she finaly does move, stepping closer, letting her leg brush against your outstreched one. "You intrigue me. But anything more would be unprofessional at best, a potential disaster at worst."
An ammused half smile flickers across Leozak's face this time. "Oh Shadowjet; you're the potential disastar. I won't explode if you won't, I promise you that. I have no wish to engage you in unrealistic, personal relations....right now. The last time I touched you, you freaked. No, all I seek right now? Is simply your company, but in a manner that teaches you to *trust* me again, and more this time. I dare, if you will. If Darkjet doesn't like it, she will be bitten where she fears it the most, and reduced to whimpering once more. I offer you this once off invitation, out of respect; it is not an order. Go and fetch that bottle you enjoy, and bring it to me. Share my seat, and we shall drink as much or as little of it as you are comfortable doing. I want you to learn comfort in my prescence, and that need be all for now."
Shadowjet tilts her head to one side, considering the offer and options given. "All a matter of degrees, Leozak." she says enigmatically before she does pad over to retrieve the small dusty flask from its wall space. A pause, brief before she pads back, picking her own glass up as well. "Invitation and respect goes a lengthy distance with me, Leozak." She makes her way back over, offering to fill your glass up.
Leozak smiles fully now, and makes his glass availible to her, leaving the options very much open. It is quite plain that there is plenty of space should she choose to do so, to sit in his lap and find out if that's comfortable or not to her. "Well, I have invited you, this time. And as for respect, if I had none for you, I would have never come here.
Shadowjet fills his glass up before setting the bottle to rest nearby on a console. A pause, then she turns, wings fanfolding into her back as she moves to.. sit in his lap with an awkward grace. "Invitations I can.. accept." she says smoothly.
Darkjet transmits 'I have things I must attend to. How soon can you talk to Shadowjet, and do you believe you will be successful?'
Leozak doesn't move much, allowing her to get comfortable, although he inches around abit to assist her in doing so, making sure she is easily nested there. "Good...you see I don't always bite." Taking a sip of his drink, the ammount now starting to slightly effect his thinking. "Does that feel ... relaxing? Friendly, even?"
Shadowjet shifts here and there to get comfortable, setting a leg over his and leaning back as if testing the comfort. She is quiet before she sips her drink, considering, "It is decidedly one of the few things that I am not familiar with. But not altogether unplesant." She shifts again, leaning back and seemingly relaxing somewhat. "But.. nice, yes."
You transmit 'Negative. I am already inside the Skyquake and dealing with Shadowjet. If she needs .... time to cool down, you shall remain in my care until then. But you will not be permenantly kicked from the Predators.' to Darkjet.
Leozak uses his radio and sends a special message to Darkjet. "There. She should enjoy that. So then...do you prefer me as a friend and comrade, or as a commander and someone to hate? I am curious as to what makes you tick...."
Shadowjet considers as she sips her drink out of slight discomfort.. "What *some text missing*."
Leozak chuckles, sipping his drink. Making sure you don't fall off him, the arm not involved in drinking is very losely around behind you to keep you secure on his lap. "That works for me, actually. But respect is a word that gets dragged through the mud around here. It also gets frequently confused with fear. As I am sure you've found yourself on many occasions."
Shadowjet ahhs softly, shifting at the arm contact but not bolting. "Respect through fear is sometimes all one has to work with. Respect for ability and prowess is a rare find."
